Nick Boxall - Technical Manager

Universally known in the UK coffee industry, Nick has worked
in coffee for the last 34 years as a buyer, trader and technical consultant for Unilever, Paulig and Gala coffee.
Nick was instrumental in creating the UK coffee business for
Paulig incorporating procurement of green coffee, developing blends and implementing quality assurance procedures. Implemented and maintained ISO 9000 quality system for Paulig UK operations, including procurement of raw materials, production and distribution.
In his extensive career in the coffee industry, Nick has been responsible for all aspects of public relations involving the coffee business including video, national radio and public presentations.
Nick has been an active member of the Coffee Trade Federation, serving on the Council since 1994 and as Chairman from 1997 to 1999. Nick serves as a CTF arbitrator and lecturer.
In his spare time when not following the Spurs, Nick can be found
touring the Kentish Weald on his trike.
